I’m toying with the idea of working on the connection between economics and labor in early colonial New England. The lecture by Dr. Newell and the readings addressing Indian servitude were fascinating. I think having students understand the why, how, and consequence of Indians becoming indentured can be a valuable life lesson-- Phil Hureau
